Expertise Across Fields
With certifications in Agile Project Management and equity-centered leadership through the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), I bring a mix of tools from different sectors. My background in education, operations, and DEI allows me to meet your team where you are—whether you're building out programs, realigning workflows, or growing your leadership culture.
Personalized Approach
I don't believe in plug-and-play consulting. I partner closely with clients to co-create strategies that are relevant to your goals, team size, and timelines — whether we’re working together for one session or twelve months.
Passion for Growth
I stay curious. I read widely, update my frameworks, and draw from both research and real-world practice. It means you get thoughtful support that evolves alongside your organization.
With a Special Education and DEI background, I am acutely aware of the differences we all bring to the table, in the form of strengths and weaknesses. It's why I believe so strongly in catering my solutions, my services and my approach to the client and their unique needs. Make sure you check out all the specific services I offer and know that there is always room to adjust. I look forward to partnering with you!
I can't wait to share a strategy and hear your nitty-gritty.

HI THERE!
I'm Sarah
I'm thrilled to welcome you to my world of consulting. My journey from a classroom teacher to a consultant has been both challenging and deeply rewarding. I’ve worked across education, project management, leadership development, and DEI — and what connects all of it is a commitment to helping people and teams lead with clarity and purpose. My approach is rooted in inclusivity, adaptability, and a genuine investment in your success.
